PANEER AND TOMATO RICE


Ing-
Basmati Rice - 1 n 1/2 cup ( washed and set aside )
Onions - 2 medium sized cut lenght wise
Tomato- 3 medium sized chopped into small pieces
Garlic - 6 flakes chopped fine
Ginger paste- 1 tbsp
Cummin seeds- 1 n 1/2 tbsps
Amul Paneer - 1 small packet
Cloves- 6
Cardamom - 4
Pepper corns- 8
Star Anise - 1
Cinnamon -1 inch stick
Maggi veg stock - 3 single cubes
Hot water -3 cups
Salt if required  to taste

Oil - enough to fry

Method :-
Heat Oil and throw all the whole spices in n once they change in colour add the onions and fry till soft n light golden brown. Add the chopped tomato and stir.Thrown in the chopped Garlic n Ginger paste n further cook till raw smell goes. Throw in the Cummin seeds and Veg stock cubes n stir well. Add the washed Rice and stir fry for a good 10 mins on low flame. Now add the paneer n give it all a good stir.Add the 3 cups of boiling water n season with salt if required..... Add a dollop of love n cover and cook till  water dries out on medium flame.

P.S you can use more stock cubes if desired :)
