CHICKEN IN CHILLI MUSTARD AND HONEY SAUCE


Ing-
Fresh Chicken- 1 ( cut into medium sized pieces )
Ginger paste- 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste- 1/ n 1/2 tbsps
Dijon Mustard Paste- 2 tbsps
Honey - 2 tbsps
Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
Freshly Ground Pepper - 1n 1/2 tbsps
Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick-1/2 inch
Onion- 1 Big ( finely chopped)
Tomato Puree- 1 tbps
Salt as per required  

Oil enough for frying

Method:-

Apply all the ingredients except the onion n cinnamon to the pieces of chicken and marinate for a good 5 to 6 hours.

Heat oil in a non stick pan and add Cinnamon n onion n fry till brown .Drop in marinated chicken pieces n cover n cook this whole dish on low flame adding little or no water , openning the lid n stirring from time to time...adding  a little love....... Cook till done !!!!

( I like to cook this for a good hour on slow flame and also use a non stick pan to prevent it from sticking ..... the gravy is just enough to coat the chicken pieces...n i like to burn it a little ......to add a lil bit of zing to this bird ;) )
