Poha ( Beaten Rice ) with a twist ;)

 



Ingredients :-

Poha ( Beaten Rice )  - 1 cup, ( washed and squeezed dry )
Onion                        - 1 medium sized cut length wise,
Ginger                       - 1/2 tsp,finely chopped,
Garlic                        - 1 tsp,finley  chopped,
Green Chilli               - 1 finely chopped,
Coriander Leaves      - a handful chopped fine,
Green Pepper            - 1 small sized ,chopped very fine,
Pepper Powder         - 1/4 tsp,
Soya Sauce               - 1/2 tsp,

Salt to taste ,
Oil - 1 /2 tbsp

Method :-

Heat oil in a pan and add onions.Fry till soft n light brown. Then add the Ginger,Garlic,Green chilli, and fry till raw smell goes . Throw in the Green pepper, pepper powder, Soya Sauce, and coriander leaves Stir well and then add the Poha n stir well,taste and then season with desired amount of salt.. Cover n cook till Poha swells . Lastly sprinkle the secret ingredient called   Love :) :) Stir and serve hot...

This preparation is very different from the usual Poha recipe.... it was an experiment...but a very tasty experiment : ) am sure you will like it none the less.
