Ingredients:-
Boneless Mutton- 1 kg ( cut into medium pieces)
Chopped Spinach -1 n 1/2 cup
Onions- 2 Big cut lenght wise
Tomato paste - 2 tbsps
Corainder Powder-2 tbsps
Cummin Powder- 1/1/2 tbsps
Turmeric Powder- 11/2 tbsps
Cloves- 8*
Cinamom- 1 inch piece*
Pepper Corns- 1 tbsp*
Fennel seeds- 2 tsps*
Fenugreek /Methi seeds-1/2 tsp*
Cardamom-3 *
Ginger Paste- 1/2/2 tbsps
Garlic Paste- 2 tbsps
Green Chilli - 5 cut into small pieces
Coriander Leaves -1/4 chopped fine
Curd- 1/2 cup
Salt and oil as per required
Method:-
Dry Grind all the ing marked with *
In a non stick vessel heat oil and fry onions till soft n light brown.Once done take of gas and grind to paste.
Add back to pan and add the Coriander,Cummin n Turmeric Powders an on low flame fry the same . Add the chopped spinach,green chillies and the finely chopped coriander leaves n fry ...add the tomato paste ,ginger and garlic paste n cook this with 2 tbsps only of water..Now add the meat pieces n toss well...Add the ground masalas and curd n cook mutton till done.... stirring from time to time..Cook till meat is tender on slow or medium flame and dont add water...unless you need to.....but remember just a little....Add love in Plenty..
Serve with hot Rotis n chopped onion n lemon.....:)
