Ingredients-
100 grams bar dark chocolate
300 ml whipping or double cream
100 grams bar white chocolate
1 gelatine Leaf
2 large eggs,separated
1 tsp icing sugar
6 tbsp ready made belgian chocolate sauce
Method :-
Put the dark chocolate into a large bowl over a pan of simmering water n leave until it melts. Take off heat n add 5 tbsps of cream n stir till smooth.
Put the white chocolate in a large bowl over the pan of water . Add 5 tbsps of cream n leave to melt n then stir till smooth.
Put Gelatine in a bowl of cold water n leave for at least 5 minutes to soften.
Whisk the egg yolks n icing sugar into the melted dark chocolate .Squeeze the water out of the gelatine ,add it to the white chocolate mixture and whisk until melted. If needed ,put back over the heat to melt it further.
Whip the rest of the cream ,divide between the 2 chocolate mixtures n fold in.
Whisk the whites n divide between the two chocolate mixtures folding them in carefully.
Spoon dark chocolate into glass serving dish and chill for 10 mins until set,then spoon white chocolate mousse on top n leave to set. Spoon ready made chocolate sauce on top just before serving..... sprinkle some luv....;)...ENJOYYYY...
