Ing :-
Cauliflower- 1 medium sized ( cut into small florets)
Green Peas- 1 cup ( you can either use frozen or fresh peas )
Tomato- 1 big ( deseeded and cut into small bits )
Ginger- 1 and 1/2 inch (cut into fine strip length wise)
Coriander Leaves - 3/4 cup ( chopped )
Kashmiri chillies - 6
Cummin powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
Oil and Salt as per required.
Method:-
Heat enough oil and add the Ginger and fry on slow flame till light brown in colour. Then add the fennel and Fenugreek seeds and Kashmiri chillies...stir on high n then add the cauliflower and mix well. Throw in the Peas and tomato and mix well. Add all the powdered masalas and mix well again... Reduce flame to slow season with salt and sprinkle the coriander leaves and cover pan n cook first on slow and then on med till done....( please stir from time to time ) Dont forget the dollop of love..;) ..serve with hot roomali roti.... and raw onion salad ...
