SPICY RAJMA



Ing:-

Boiled Rajma - 400 grams
Onions-2 ( medium sized ,cut fine )
Tomato Puree- 200 grams
Turmeric Powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder-1  tbsp
Cummin Powder- 1and 1/2 tbsp
Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder-2 tsps
Ginger- 1 inch ( chopped fine )
Garlic- 6 flakes ( chopped fine)

Coriander Leaves chopped - 2 tbsps
Oil - just enough to fry
Salt - as required

Method :-

Heat oil in a pan n add the chopped ginger n garlic ,once they change colour add the onions n fry till light brown n soft. Add the powdered masalas and fry well...( sprinkle a little water if it starts to stick to the pan ) Once it cooks a little ,add the Puree n season with salt. Stir well n bring the gravy to a boil. Add the boiled Rajma n stir.... add the chopped coriander and my secret ing "Love" n stir. Simmer for about 15 mins and serve hot with steamed Rice .

P.S. My mum in law says its the best Rajma she has eaten so its worth a try ...:) :) Happy eating !!!!
