Ing:-
Chopped Cabbage - 2 cups
Thai Red chillies- 2 ( chopped fine)
Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped-1 tbsp
Onion- 2 medium sized (thinly cut lenght wise )
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Cummin Powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Method :-
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add the Ginger,Garlic and Mustard seeds and once they begin to splutter add onions and saute till soft n light brown in colour. Now throw in the chopped chillies and all the powdered masala and stir.Throw in the chopped cabbage and stir fry on low flame. Once well mixed ,cover and cook ( please do not add any water to this ) on low till done. ( stir from time to time) Season with Salt n a dash of Love n serve hot with rotis....
