The ground onion should be thick ).  Then grind the tomato and capsicum to a fine consistency too.Take a non stick pan and heat Ghee. Once hot add the onion on medium and fry till raw smell goes and it starts turning a light brown. Add the slit green chillies ,Ginger paste n Garlic paste and mix well . Add the tomato and capsicum mixture and stir. Add all powdered masalas to a little water to make a smooth paste n pour same into pan. Fry well and the add the curd.... stir and season with Salt.... Once well mixed increase the flame add the chicken n quickly stir fry pieces. Remember that breasts of the chicken cook really fast ....so the shorter the time the tender the pieces.... a 10 -12 minute cooking of the chicken should be fine but do check a single piece to see if cooked if you must.Throw in the chopped coriander and the ground spices over the cooked chicken and stir in well...Garnish with love n serve with hot rotis....and chopped onion salad
