BEEF STEAKS MY WAY!!! :)





Ing:-

Beef Slices - 12 (  Tenderloin cuts  )
Olive Oil- 1/2 cup *
Freshly Ground Pepper- 3 Tbsps ( use less if desired) *
Garlic Cloves- 16 ( slit length wise) *
Beef Stock cubes - 3 (single cubes ) *
Worcestershire Sauce- 6 tbsps ( use less if desired) *
Malt Vinegar- 2 tbsps *
Mustard Paste- 2 tbsps *
Brown Sugar- 1 2/2 tbps *
Nutmeg powder- 1/2 tsp

Onions- 6 big sized one's cut into rings
Salt- ( if you need to season either the meat or the onions )

Method  :-

Arrange Beef slices in a dish and mix all the ing marked with an * together and pour over the meat . This should be left to Marinate over nite in the fridge.  Take it out 5 hours before preparation time.

In a Big non stick pan arrange the marinated meat slices n pour the marinade over it. Cover n cook on medium flame turning from time to time till meat is tender and changes colour ( Turn the meat pieces from time to time and you may find that a lot of liquid comes out of the meat .Let it all dry and once meat is tender take it out of the pan and place it on your serving dish.)   
In the same pan ,place the onion rings and add a little oil if needed and season too if required with a little salt . Let it fry till it turns to a nice golden brown colour. Turn the flame off and place fried onions over the meat. Add a heaped spoon of sweet Love ;) and your good to go...:) :)
